Spinifex Recruiting are currently sourcing for an experienced Administration Manager to be responsible for the daily administrative operations to a growing construction business. This organisation values quality and has gained a strong reputation in their field of expertise. Based in Byron Bay, the position is working full time, Monday to Friday.

The role duties include but are not limited to:

  • Administration
  • Customer service
  • Correspondence
  • PA duties to the GM
  • Travel bookings
  • Managing social medial and software subscription
  • Basic accounts
  • Fleet management
  • HR admin
  • Compliance
  • WHS duties
  • Reporting

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Ideally 10 years minimum experience in senior administration capacity
  • Construction industry experience will be highly regarded
  • Clear communication
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Advanced computer skills specifically in Microsoft packages
  • Ability to exercise discretion and protect confidentiality
  • Reliable, hard working and trustworthy
  • Current Driver’s licence
  • Federal police check (or willing to obtain)
