Spinifex Recruiting are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to work for a fixed term, supporting the recruitment team in the Orange NSW office.

The Role:

As this is a support position assisting the recruitment team your duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Facilitating background checks and checking office compliance
  • Screening and interviewing candidates
  • Sourcing candidates on various platforms
  • Reviewing applications
  • Writing job advertisements
  • Conducting reference checks
  • General administrative duties as required

About You:

We're looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong administration and database management skills combined with exceptional communication and people skills.

You must have excellent attention to detail, be computer savvy and be able to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment coupled with excellent telephone communication skills.
