Spinifex Recruiting are seeking experienced customer service personnel for an inbound call centre based in North Ryde. There are multiple positions available and this is a great opportunity to join an amazing team with a fantastic company culture.

The successful candidate will have the below qualities and experience:

  • Clear communication skills, with a proven ability to liaise with a variety of customers
  • Personable nature
  • Experience using online ordering systems and data entry skills
  • Display empathy a calm nature and patience towards customers
  • Previous experience in an inbound call centre environment
  • Administration skills
  • Troubleshooting experience and dispute resolution experience, dealing with customer enquiries

The ideal candidate will possess the below:

  • Inbound call centre customer service experience
  • A background in either government, banking or a healthcare related industry is highly desirable
  • Sales experience – suggesting certain products and services
  • Proven ability to deal with customer enquiries
  • Ability to learn and develop products to ensure that the best service is being offered
